They started digging out the foundation of what would become The Infamous North Shore. Which ultimately spawned an entire 2 wheel culture rooted in one thing: Fun! Chaz and Co. were never too concerned about where they were ultimately going or how fast they got there, they were genuinely and passionately in it to enjoy the ride. Along the way, they built some pretty fun trails and bikes. Nearly 30 years later, Chazzy still doesn't care too much about his place in the Hall of Fame (which he was inducted into), but he will still go out of his way to give any "bro" of the Cove a shuttle to the top to make sure they have a good time!
